Same problem, patch didn't fix it. Copied TQ client over again, changed IP to SiSi. When starting launcher, it shows the correct server (SiSi), launcher updates a few times, then nothing.... Mac OS X 10.9.5, MBP 2013

Yes, but it changed nothing. In fact, it seemed to have restored a pre-patch state because after opening the launcher afterwards it downloaded another patch.
